CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Your NCCT'09 registration may be cancelled, and a full refund of registration fees issued, at any time prior to December 15, 2008. Cancellations received from December 16, 2008 through January 15, 2009, will be refunded 50% of registration fees collected. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received later than January 15, 2009. All refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit/debit card with which payment for registration was made.

All personal information received during registration for NCCT'09 will be used only for the purposes of keeping registrants informed of important information regarding their attendance at NCCT'09, as well as making conference participants aware of future conferences and events sponsored by Community Bible Church which we believe may be of interest to attendees of NCCT'09. Your registration details will not be provided to any other organization. You may opt out of communications regarding future conferences or events at any time by contacting info@churchantheology.org.
